Perhaps his papacy has given hi...I don't know.<br /><br />Perhaps his papacy has given him a new lease on life, a liberation from the status quo of loyalty.<br /><br />All I know is that I trudge along in my faith to muttered "Jesus, Mary & Josephs" like I used to hear from old-timers. The only rise of Spirit is when I hear the occasional hymn at church that touches my soul. I have become more inward than outward...more selfish.<br /><br />I've gone from volunteering for everything at church to nothing, to finding interest, commonality, spirit in politics. A friar who notes my articulated disgruntledness is happy I turn my eyes to society rather than to them/church. <br /><br />I have to say that I hope Francis works.Anne Malcolmnoreply@blogger.com
